Onduline is an extremely tough
lightweight corrugated roofing and wall cladding material,
manufactured from organic fibres saturated with bitumen
under intense pressure and heat.
.
Onduline is flexible
economical and requires only simple tools (saw and
hammer) for fixing. It provides a high degree of thermal
insulation in even the most extreme conditions. It is
extensively used in agricultural, light weight industrial
and domestic applications in over 72 countries from the
tropics to the Arctic Circle.
Applications
Industrial - Pitched
roofs as low as 8 degrees, curved roofs and exterior walls
can all be clad with Onduline. Corrosion and fumes
resistant.
.
Domestic -
Aesthetic qualities make it an ideal roofing and cladding
material for houses.
.
Agricultural - Ideally suited for stock/implement
sheds, ancillary farm buildings and is extensively used in
poultry and pig housing.
.
Prefabricated
Buildings - Onduline's flexibility and light weight
has the advantage over heavier, less versatile materials.
.
Unconventional
Roof and Wall Cladding - Allows planning and design
freedom for unusual roofing shapes and fencing.
Fencing - The aesthetics,
sound proofing and strength qualities of Onduline lend it
to be a great product for fencing.
Colours
Onduline’s
PP (pre-pigmented) range is produced by a special process. But
the weathering effects cannot be discounted, as the UV in
the South Pacific is extremely strong and in time fading
will occur. Onduline should be painted to retain
aesthetics where colour is to be maintained.
Onduline is available in four
natural pigmented colours:
